Your name, address, phone number(s), email address, and payment information.  Should you decide to work with us or inquire about availability, we will require clothing size information.

Here at D & K Costumes we take your privacy very seriously.  We use the information we collect to:

• Interact with you.  For example, to respond to inquiries that you have made whether by phone, email, or through the Internet.
• To complete rental or sales agreements we have made with you, including payment processing
• For marketing purposes.  We may occasionally send an email with special offers.  You may opt out of receiving these offers by sending us an email with the subject line “opt out”.

We will neither share nor sell any information we have collected to any third party.  (The sole exception being to respond to court orders and legal investigations.)
